Our Story
More than training. A place for Nepali engineers to build what comes next.
The engineers and developers building NAESL from the ground up.

For years, I watched Nepal's brightest engineering students graduate and disappear — some abroad, some into jobs that had nothing to do with what they'd trained for. Not because they lacked talent. Because nobody ever gave them a place to prove it.
Thousands of engineers graduate in Nepal every year. That's a country full of people capable of building real things — if someone just handed them the tools and the room to do it in.
I didn't understand what was missing until I left. Studying aerospace engineering in the UK, I finally got access to simulation labs, real CAD software, real projects, and other engineers building alongside me. That's what turns a graduate into an engineer. Nepal has the people. It's never had the platform.
So that's what we're building. Not a classroom. Not a coaching centre. A place in Kathmandu where Nepali engineers — the ones still here and the ones scattered across the world — can come back together and actually build something. Where an idea doesn't die in a notebook because there was nowhere to test it, prototype it, or fly it. A place that starts with training and grows into something Nepal can depend on: its own innovation, its own defence and disaster-response capability, built by its own people.
This is NAESL. Nepali engineers can do this. Nepal can do this. We just need the platform — join us, and be part of building it.

“The platform should feel as precise as the engineering it supports.”
I am building the digital side of NAESL: the website, registration and survey systems, and the software students will use to move through training and project work.
That work starts with small details. A form should be clear on a phone. A student should always know what happens next. An instructor should be able to see progress without fighting the system.
My job is to make the platform feel as considered as the engineering it supports, and dependable enough to grow with the lab.
