CATIA & FreeCAD. Industry-standard 3D modelling from first principles.
CFD & FEA analysis. Test aerodynamics before a single part is made.
3D printing fabrication lab. Your design becomes a physical object.
Structural and aerodynamic testing. Does it actually perform as designed?
X-Plane 12 simulation. Import your own aircraft and fly it virtually.
01 / The Problem
Engineering graduates leave Nepal's classrooms each year, from more than 50 institutions across the country.
Of Nepal's university graduates remain unemployed. A degree alone no longer guarantees a career.
Of BE graduates fail the Engineering Council licensing exam. Passing university is not the same as being ready for the field.
IOE Pulchowk Campus runs Nepal's only aerospace engineering programme, with 150 to 200 seats a year, limited lab access, and almost no simulation software. Aerospace and engineering graduates across the country can finish university without ever using the tools employers expect on day one: CATIA, X-Plane, and CFD software.
NAESL exists to close that gap. Not with more theory, but with a complete design-to-flight pipeline where every student leaves with a portfolio, a certificate, and the confidence that comes from building and flying something for real.
02 / Learning tracks
Our programmes deliver rigorous, practical experience designed to match real-world engineering demands.

03 / Whom we serve
You've finished your degree at Pulchowk or another engineering college. You're applying for a Masters in the UK, Germany, or Australia and you know your portfolio is thin. You have 3-4 months before you go.
→ Leave with a portfolio that answers "show me something you built"You're 2-5 years into your career in mechanical, automotive, or civil engineering. You use AutoCAD. But the companies hiring for senior roles want CATIA, simulation experience, drone competency. Your employer might even pay.
→ Earn skills your employer will pay for, and your competitors don't have yetYou run an airline, MRO facility, drone operation, or government agency. You need trained operators, not theory graduates. You need a training partner who understands Nepal's terrain, regulations, and engineering talent pool.
→ Bespoke corporate training with custom certificationHelp shape the first cohort
